The AGM\, which will be brief\, will be followed by food in The Priory restaurant for those who want to stay and catch up with fellow members\, over a bite to eat! \nProposed Agenda\n\nWelcome\nReceive the minutes of the 2015 AGM\nMatters arising\nChairman’s report\nTreasurer’s report and presentation of accounts\nMen’s Team Captain’s Reports\nElection of officers and committee\nAny other business\n\nIn order to continue to operate effectively\, the Committee always welcomes new members.  If you think you might be interested in joining the Committee please contact any current member. \nNominations for election of members to the Committee are very welcome and should be made in writing to the Secretary. \nNotice of any resolution proposed to be moved at the AGM should be given in writing to the Secretary not less than 14 days before the meeting. \nWe look forward to seeing you there!
