None of us want to play with substandard balls. We feel we need to keep track of usage so the following will apply.
Team captains will be allocated the required number of new balls to cover their home matches. At the end of the match each captain will place these “once used balls” on a notice attached to the ball table in the pavilion. These balls are to be used first during club sessions until; by general consensus they become unplayable. New balls may then be used.
In order to keep track of this usage a “ball register” will be placed in the club house below the trophies and this is to be signed and dated by the member opening the new tube.
Please also remember that if new balls are used outside of club sessions then a fee of £5.00 per tube is to be paid and placed in the honesty box.
